Release notes

What's new

Updates to the platform and the tools our advisors, retail partners, and members use. Newest first.

  1. Improved

    • Plan comparison now checks each plan's drug list against the medications on a customer's record, and says plainly when a medication could not be matched rather than showing the same "add drugs" prompt to everyone. A customer whose drugs we could not read is no longer indistinguishable from one who entered none.
  2. New

    • Every benefit row on the plan-comparison table now explains itself. The information icons open a plain-language definition on hover, keyboard focus, or tap, and can be dismissed with Escape.
  3. New

    • A public Trust Center covering our security and compliance posture, licensing and accreditation, and how we handle your data — for people deciding what to share with us, and for partner security teams reviewing us as a vendor.

    Fixed

    • Plans for people with both Medicare and Medicaid now show the drug costs those members actually pay under Extra Help, rather than the plan's filed standard cost-sharing, alongside a note that a licensed advisor confirms your exact level.
  4. Fixed

    • Monthly premiums now show the full Part C plus Part D amount everywhere, so a Medicare Advantage plan that includes drug coverage lists its complete monthly cost.
